I sorry to caused some misunderstanding on a few item. But as we go along there are some changes has been made to improve our services.

  1. First come first serve basis
  2. No Reservation allowed confirmation on the item only accepted once the payment receive, until then the item is available for sale
  3. Goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable
    please ensure that all question needed for you requirement is raised to us. We are more than happy to provides all the information needed
  4. Price is non-negotiable no bargaining will be entertain
  5. Once payment has been made, no cancellations
    would be permitted
  6. Actual color of product may vary due to lighting and other technical aspects
  7. Posting only be done the next day after
    Pelangi received the payment
